“Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun.”

Mary Lou Cook

As a passionate entrepreneur in early childcare, I built a nationally accredited center, nurturing children during their crucial developmental stages. My dedication extended to supporting employees and parents alike.

Despite these successes, I felt an inexplicable emptiness and guilt, questioning why I was miserable despite a supportive husband, three wonderful boys, and a thriving business. Overwhelmed and resentful, I reached a breaking point, realizing I needed change.

I began journaling to rediscover myself, confronting the hard truth that I had the power to change my circumstances. This journey led to the creation of the Create Something Beautiful Self-Discovery journal, transforming my personal healing into a shared experience.

Growing up with an art therapist mother, creativity was ingrained in me. As I pursued personal growth, my passion for helping others deepened. The idea for the journal struck me during a flight home from a personal growth seminar, leading to the first CSB Collective in January 2023.

Today, I facilitate the CSB Coaching Collective to countless women, offer one-on-one coaching and workshops that foster growth and change within community. Central to all my services is the Permission Palette framework, a transformative 7-step process integrating creative expression and self-reflection. Through steps like Permission to Pause, Pour it Out, and Paint Your Vision, I help women connect deeply with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and embrace a life aligned with their authentic selves. With my guidance, women create lives of purpose, balance, and fulfillment, empowering their own growth and radiating positivity to those around them.
