By participating in our services, you agree to these terms.

1. SERVICES

S. Loyd Coaching and The Open Canvas Studio offer personal growth coaching, workshops, online programs, in-person events, art camps, and studio services. Specific details, schedules, and pricing for each offering are provided at the time of registration or purchase.

2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Full payment or a confirmed payment plan is required to reserve your spot in any program, workshop, or event. Prices are stated at the time of registration. We reserve the right to update pricing for future offerings.

3. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of digital and time-sensitive offerings, refunds may not be available after a program begins. Specific refund terms will be outlined at the time of purchase when applicable.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with coaches, staff, and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior disrupts the experience of others, without refund.

5. YOUTH PROGRAMS

Parents or guardians must complete all required registration forms before their child participates in any youth program or art camp, including emergency contact and health information. A parent or guardian must be reachable during all youth program sessions.

6. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Participants are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may affect their participation. We are not responsible for injury or illness that occurs during participation in our programs or events.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course materials, frameworks, content, and resources provided through S. Loyd Coaching and The Open Canvas Studio are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

Events and programs may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing before the event.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are for educational and personal growth purposes only. We are not licensed therapists or medical providers. Our programs do not substitute for professional mental health, medical, or legal advice. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your participation.

10. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from S. Loyd Coaching & The Open Canvas Studio. Message types include event reminders, program updates, appointment confirmations, promotional offers, and other communications related to our services.

Message frequency may vary depending on your registrations and activity. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
